Jaf Sale have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To return your product:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Our merchandise is not sold on a guaranteed sales basis and may not be returned without our authorization.
*Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 5 business days after receiving the merchandise.
* Any returned items,other than damaged or incorrect, will incur a restocking fee of 25%.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Jaf Sale will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Our T-Shirts are printed using Print on Demand services, so orders can not be canceled after they are sent to production.
Returns & Refunds
CAN NOT RETURN
Below is few reasons you can’t return your item and cancel your order:
- You have chosen a wrong size , wrong color and wrong type of t-shirt .
- Your order was placed 2 days ago.
- The image quality in t-shirt is considered good.
- I ordered by mistake / I’m no longer interested.
- The orders can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 24 hours of receiving the order Please measure your size before choosing a size. Our sizes may not match exactly with other popular brands.
- Please note that if you are using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case. Thanks for your understanding.
We accept to customer return and refund in following reasons:
– Faulty Item Received:
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
– Not delivered on time
We totally understand that it’s highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don’t like waiting. Our orders are delivered from our US or Chinese factory depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from our factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it takes up to 10-15 days to US, 15-25 days to another countries by the shipping companies to make your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to post office issues. Every post office can’t accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We’d really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We’ll always be there to assist you let you know about it’s status. You’ll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you

– Wrong size received
If you’ve received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order without reading description carefully . In cases like those, we only offer discount code 50% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.
Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.
– Timing for a return
All returns / exchanges of online orders, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-No returns will be permitted more than 30 days after delivery.
